If you have the ability to measure your goals you can develop a plan with more precision which in turn ensures you can reach your targets. In today's interview Armando lists a very specific goal. What lead you to start working as a barber? How long have you been doing it?
-Never wanting to ask my parents for money and 11 years

Would you consider this your passion? Do you have another field that you work in?
-Yes, very much so. I love everything about it, I love my clients, I love the conversations and it's my creative outlet

What is your craziest client story?
-Only the thing I can think of is when my co-worker got into a fight with my client because the client was on drugs. I still got paid!

What is the one thing you want to accomplish this year (in business)?
-To make 100k would be amazing. As long I keep promoting myself and giving good quality haircuts, staying focused and looking forward, I should be able to reach my no problem

What is one long term goal you have in life?
-Be happy and make enough for my whole family

Are you feeling positive about the country's stance on marijuana?
-I hope they can legalize it in every state it can make money for all of us

Lastly, what is your ideal retirement scenario?
-No debt, nice house, trips around Europe, enjoying life with my wife.
