Kristina Johnson, Licensed Barber
/It could be considered a stretch to say but we should all seek out and/or maintain a Mentor/Mentee relationship and vice versa. Sometimes it is just luck of the draw and we establish one quickly with a family member, close friend or co-worker. However, for the most part ittakes time before we find the appropriate person to mentor us or someone we can mentor. The idea is to find someone with qualities that complement each other. The benefits of these types of relationships are outstanding and can more than provide guidance to one another. Krissy's interview below mentions the importance of growth. She shows great character by acknowledging her constant need for growth and the way she handles unruly clients. It is good idea to remember that there will be times when we will need help and having a circle of reliable people is a great way to avoid missteps. Read her responses below and use them as motivation to start or continue your own plan for success
